Project Description
This project finances the strengthening of monitoring and evaluation capacity and systems, as elements of evidence-based agriculture policy analysis and formulation. Components include capacity building, and project management and administration, monitoring and evaluation, and knowledge dissemination.

This project is financed by the Japan Policy and Human Resources Development Fund.
