Kenya Devolution Support Project
This project finances the strengthening of the capacity of core national and county institutions to improve the delivery of devolved services at the county level. This includes institutional support in five areas: 1) public financial management, 2) planning, monitoring and evaluation, 3) human resource and performance management, 4) devolution and inter-governmental relations, and 5) civic education and public participation.
The majority of this project will be implemented and executed at the county level.
