Institutional Transformation of the Punjab Irrigation Department to a Water Resources Department

Project Description
IMPACT Punjab's rural economy grows through improved policy and institution, increased water and food security, and reduced water related disaster risks. OUTCOME Punjab's water resources and water related disaster risks are holistically managed CONSULTING SERVICES A total of 66 person-months of international and 109 person-months national consulting services in change management, revitalizing research and development and capacity building will required over the period of 36 months for the technical assistance (TA). Qualified individual consultants and consultancy firm will be recruited by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) following its Guidelines on the use of Consultants (2010) as amended from time to time).
