Northern Rural Infrastructure Development Sector Project - Due Diligence of Additional Financing

Project Description
This project finances improvements in access to and participation in the market economy for rural households in Bokeo, Luang Namtha, Oudomxay and Phongsaly provinces. This includes investments two components: i) rural infrastructure for irrigation and rural access roads and ii) initiatives to achieve greater commercialization in agriculture.
Investment Description
Philkoei International, Inc, Nippon Koei Co, Ltd., Nia Consult Ind., and Lao Consulting Group are some of the consultants for this project.
