Livelihood Enhancement and Association of the Poor Project

An Early Warning System analysis has been published for the World Bank-funded Livelihood Enhancement and Association of the Poor Project (LEAP) in Cambodia, which is one of the first projects proposed for funding since the World Bank resumed lending to Cambodia earlier this year.  If approved, the LEAP project will expand the pilot, previously only in 6 communes in Siem Riep province, to cover 47 communes in Siem Reap and 13 sangkats in urban Phnom Penh, including Boeung Kak. The estimated board date for consideration of this project is Dec. 9, 2016.  Read the short analysis here.
