Myingyan Power Plant Project

Mere days before the board consideration of its project, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank released project documents for its first proposed investment in the Mekong region.  The Myingyan 225 MW Combined Cycle Gas Turbine power plant in Myanmar is co-financed by the International Finance Corporation and the Asian Development Bank.  An Early Warning System analysis was previously published for this project.
